Productivity tools can tremendously maximize the utility of PC’s and browsers.  I’m beginning to assemble a list of the large collection of productivity tools I use daily. Partly to share, but mostly for personal organization: when I rebuild a PC (which I tend to do about every three months), having this list with links will be very handy.

One of my most critical information management tools is an RSS reader. For years, I have been using Protopage as my news aggregator.  But I have now thoroughly switched to a new and much superior solution: Google Reader.
